Is there a minimum order quantity?
Nope! We can handle any size job, big or small!

What file types do you accept for logos/artwork?
The best art is vector art. However, vector art can come in many formats: Illustrator/ Corel files that have been converted to outline; PNGs with vector images, PDF files with illustrator editing capabilities preserved; SVG files with vector capabilities; JPEG or other bitmapped images if very high resolution.
What types Of images are needed for printing?
We prefer all images to be vector images, however, a high-resolution PNG will also work.
Do I need a special type of image if I am getting something embroidered?
Yes, a digitized file will need to be created to embroider. If you are in need of this service we are able to help with that for an additional fee.
Can you help me with my design if I don’t have artwork ready?
Yes. We have a dedicated design team that’s here to help.
When can I expect my custom design to be done?
You can expect your custom items to be done within 2-3 weeks from the time you placed your order.
Do you provide proofs before printing?
Yes, we will send you a proof for your approval before we print anything.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer screen printing, embroidery, direct to film (DTF), direct to garment (DTG), dye sub. If it can be printed on, we can do it.
Do you require a deposit or full payment up front?
Once your art is approved by you, we require a 50% deposit and 50% due on arrival.
Can you handle bulk or large orders?
Absolutely. We can handle any size job, big or small!
Do you ship orders, or is local pickup available?
Local pickup is available and we ship anywhere in the US and Canada.
How will I know when my order is ready?
You will receive a call, email or text upon completion of your order.
What brands of apparel do you carry?
We carry way too many brands to mention! Our catalogs are available right here on our website. And if you don’t see it, just ask! We’d be happy to check availability on anything!
Can I mix and match different products in one order?
Absolutely!

Yep! We offer turnkey online stores for schools, nonprofits, sports teams/leagues and businesses with customizable fundraising where you decide the pricing!

Do you provide promotional products beyond apparel (pens, banners, etc.)
